Show Obituaries Colleen Mae Brown Merrill Lee Sorenson Merrill Lee Sorenson, 81, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 21, 1995 at his in home Centerville, Utah from com- of plications Parkinsons BOUNTIFUL the first person to come to church. He held many church positions including branch president twice, and worked in the Salt Lake Temple. His family consists of a son Roger (Sue); daughters: Pat Jackman (Roger), Kae Servoss (Kent); 15 grandchildren, three and sisters: Disease. He is the son of Soren Marinus and Sarah Manwell Sorenson. He (Andy), and Mercy Sorenson She was bom December 23, (Arthur). He was preceded in death by son-in-la- w sisters. 1 Funeral services will be held at a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26, 1995 BOUNTIFUL Rose ONeal Smith, age 63, passed away Oct. 26, 1995, due to complications from heart surgery. She was bom July 15, 1921 in Kilgore, Texas. She married Thomas F. Smith on June 20, 1952 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Rose was a loving, doting grandmother whose hobbies included doll collecting and gardening. She was survived by her husband; son, Roger Smith, Folsom, CA; three daughters, Sandy Skaja, Greenville, TX; Pam Smith, Elk Grove, CA; Tina Smith, Tacoma, WA; brothers, Robert ONeal and James ONeal, both Fremont, CA; sister, Connie Parker, Kilgore, TX; and four grandchildren. He was an active member of the LDS Church, and served two missions with his wife in Pennsylvania and Samoa. He retired as a plumber after 45 years. He was a friendly man, with a special grin and made friends easily. He had a great sense of humor.
