Show CLIPPER Friday, October 8, 1993 1 3 Maudsley wins Hold On to Dear Life contest A Davis High School senior won the "Hold On to Dear Life" poster contest from a field of over 200 applicants. Garrett Maudsley, 17, entered the contest as part of an optional assignment given by his art teacher, Michael Aitken. in pyramid fashion across the bottom. Maudsley is the perfect winner of the contest. Art is his favorite subject, but he also likes to ski, play tennis, backpack and hike. Garrett's desire is to win the Sterling Scholar Award in art, and enroll at Brigham Young University.
