Show THIS IS CEU 17 Elvn 7 Institutional Council governs since 1969 Since 1969, Institutional Councils have been vital organs of campus government in the Utah System of Higher Education. Seven By statute, Institutional Councils are authorized and empowered to act in behalf of their institution in: Institutional (1) Councils govern the Utah of System Higher Education which consists of one council for each university and college in the state. Membership of an Institutional Council consists of ten persons with eight appointed by the governor with senate consent. The two principle sources of the council authority include statutes enacted by the state legislature as well as bylaws and resolutions -- -- institutional ap- propriations. Resident students will pay $110 tuition plus $47.00 fees a quarter to register for 10 or more credit hours while non - resident students tuition was raised $25.00 per quarter making a total of $275 for tuition and $47.00 for fees. Students who take fewer than 10 credit hours will pay on a graduated basis, $35 for residents ($80 for nonresidents) for one credit to $141 for residents ($291 for for nine credits. Full time students who enroll on or after September 27 will be assessed a dollar a day late fee up to ten days after registration.
