FYed Nelson has been in the Gunnison Hospital suffering from a stroke. His daughter, Betty Nelson, Springville, visited with him. Joe Lane accompanied Betty back to the Provo hospital for heart tests. Her parents, Adley and Jeannette Peterson went up and brought Joe Lane home. We wish a speedy recovery for Fred. n, Coy Anderson and children, Salt Lake, visited his parents, Marvell and Darlene and his grandmother, Vera Anderson. Mrs. Leslie Anderson and sons, Vernal, have been visiting with Marvel and Darlene this past week while her husband, Michael, who is a jockey has been riding in Wyoming. Leslie and sons accompanied her parents over the wekend on a mountain trip. Michael came home for the 4 th of July and Marvel and Darlene hosted dinner for family members. ' Eddie visited in Richfield with his parents also. Glen and LeAnn Pickett went to Salt lake to accompany her family through the temple where her brother Rick was married. Randall Heath, son of Gail and Joe Ann Heath and Tina Hansen, daughter of Boyd and Donna Hans-'eBountiful, were married in the Salt Lake Temple July 8. The grooms family hosted a breakfast at the lion House for family and close friends. That evening a lovely garden reception was held at the Hansen home. After a honeymoon in Hawaii the couple will make their home in Long Beach, Calif, where he is employed by Douglas Aircraft. Kami Jensen, daughter of Paul and Paula Jensen was at her aunts home, Jana Miller, Salina, when she became ill. She was rushed by ambulance to the Gunnison hospital where she was treated for hyperventilation. She is home now and doing fine. Mr. and Mrs. Chris Madson, Salt Lake, visited with their sister, Mabel Jensen on Saturday. Mrs. Sheila Riley and family, Garland, are visiting this week with Sheilas mother, Helen Willardson. Betty Kane, Provo, spent the weekend with her parents, Peter and Idella Willardson. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Bowers are . newcomers. They live in the trailer home just north of the Clifford Chidester home. Also a new member of our community is Brenda Brown, wife of Duane Brown and they live in the old home of Carl Lewis. We welcome them to our town. Michael Hatch, Kearns, is visiting the Wendall Rasmussen family. Jeffry Lund, Salt Lake, has been visiting his parents, Junior and Shelly Lund. Jeff is studying music at the U.of U. Bronzel and Rulla accompanied Jeny, Eva Mae Pickett and family to a Pickett reunion in the Springville park Saturday. Everything went fine till the wind started blowing limbs off the trees and then all decided to go home. Visiting at the home of Willis and Anna Fay Hales have been their children, Kerry, Sherry hales and family from Wyo; Christine and Allen Laws, West Valley City, Leslie and Eddie Christensen and family, Colorado Springs. Amelda Poulson has spent toe past week visiting in Kaysville with John, Sharon Poulson and family and with LaRue, Roger Elkins and family, Sandy. They stayed with their daughter Sharon and her husband Gerrit Peterson, Woods Cross. Mr. and Mrs. Devon Jensen and daughter, Cindy and grandson, Jason, Midvale, spent toe 4th with Byron and Vera Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Craig Jensen and daughter, from Orem, came Wednesday and visited till Thursday evening. The Nelsons, Terrel, Rhea, Kirby, Kenny and family along with Don, Iris, Tammi, and Troy Hales and Lee and phyllis Jensen went to Roy Sunday to hear the mission report of Jeff Nelson, son or Reese and Ardella Nelson.
