A federal coal lease requested by Coastal States Energy Co. of Houston, Texas will also be discussed. The Rich field BLM will participate in this hearing to answer about questions the requested coal lease. The hearing will begin at 10:00 a.m., February 10, 1981 at the Sevier Courthouse County auditorium, Richfield, Utah. Comments will be accepted until February 16, 1981. Contact: J. Edwin Peterson Locals Edwin Frederick Peterson, 90, Salina, died Jan. 29, 1981. He was bom Aug. 6, to 1890 in Redmond Thomas Peter and Annie Brewster Peterson. He married Da Mae Puzey Aug. 7, 1929 in Mount Pleasant. Their marriage later was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She died Sept. 23, 1964.
