Her grandparents are Bronzell and Rula Pickett, Redmond, and Millward (Mike) and Steven and Janice were in Provo Tuesday, Oct. 21, for Steven to have a checkup Mic-kels- and have the stitches taken out. They visited their aunt, Marie Jensen. Mrs. Milo (June) had surgery Thursday at Sevier Valley Boss-har- was dt Karol and Lorna Draper of Rancho Cordova, Calif, are here for an indefinite stay working on their home. Paul Jensen and sons, Karl and Layne of Spanish Fork and Lee Jensen and his brother-in-laTom Ahlquist and son, Tommy, and Lees son, Lance of South Jordan were here for the first weekend of the deer hunt. They visited their mother, Mrs. Von-tes- s Jensen. Her daughter, Velma, and her husband, Jim Oviatt, of Cedar City, came last weekend and he hunted. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Daniel M. Hacker, whose wife, Deborah, is the daughter of Glen D. and Betty G. Hacker of Redmond, has reported for duty with Air Antisubmarine Squadron 41, North Island Naval Air Station, San Diego. A 1969 graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor of arts degree, he joined the Navy in January, 1969. Legal Aid Is Available For Elderly c 5 The Utah Committee for the Legal Protection of the Elderly, presently located in Salt Lake City, is extending its services to Utahs senior citizens in the more rural areas of the state including Sevier, Piute, and Wayne counties. The ability of the committee to begin to offer its services on a statewide s-- r- In basis has been made possible by the assistance of the Utah Governors Office and the voluntary cooperation of interested citizens in each of the effected counties. The committees services include professional legal assistance to senior citizens (55 years of age and over) financially unable to hire private lawyers. This assistance is primarily, though not ex- to geared clusively, representing an elderly a before claimant regulatory tribunal such as in matters of Social i Security, Medicare, Medicaid, or other Social Services. The committees services are offered without charge to the qualifying elderly. For further information or assistance in applying for these services, senior citizens should contact the committees volunteer in their county.
