Debbie is a 1976 graduate of Granger High School, where she was active in debate, school government, and concert choir. Miss Larsen Is Miss Utah American Legion and will represent the state in television appearances, as well as the evening parade at the Legion meet, expected to draw over 2.i,000 persons. Following the convention, she will fly to San Juan, Puerto Rico with several other Legionnaires for several days before leaving on a Caribbean cruise, one of the prizes awarded with her title.
