Show News Notes Santaquin Hudson Mr. Dell Phone THE PAYSON Mrs. Gael Fitt of Salt Lake visited over the weekend at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Gus Peterson. She also attended the wedding and reception of Sherrie Dee Hiatt and Dennis Gay in Payson Friday night. She returned to her home Sunday. musical play Lets Ask The Golden was presented Tuesday night by the 1st Ward MIA. It was directed by activity counselor Maurine Hall and drama director Becky RusselL Characters were Larry and Beverly Steele, EdNeff, Dennis Heelis, Patsy Neff and Solvieg Johanson. Accompanist was Ruth Lee Wall. Mrs. Lyle Graham spent a pleasant day together on Sunday. They motored to Salt Lake where they enjoyed dinner at a cafe. They then visited with relatives. They visited with Mr. and Mrs. Griffiths daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn (Patricia) Olsen, and three children at Riverton and with Mr. and Mrs. Grahams daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Warwood (Diane), and two children at Kearns. 3 Thursday, April 3, 1969 754-348- 2 Mr. and Mrs. Julius Van Ausdal have returned home after a trip to Plymouth Calif., where they went to attend the funeral of Kenneth Van Ausdal a brother of Mr. Julius Van Ausdal. While in Calif., they visited at the homes of Florence Beeman, Citrus Heights; Mr. and Mrs. L. M. (Ora) Perry and another brother at Lompoc, California. They had visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Manfred Arnold, at Salem and were guests for dinner before coming to visit her parents. Larry and Eileen Cloward Butler have a baby girl born Monday in the Nephi hospital. Grandparents from here are Mr. ,and Mrs. Russell Cloward, Mr. and Mrs. Heber Dale Butler and. great grandparents are Mrs. Erma Cloward and Mrs. Martha Butler. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Clayson left Thursday March 20 for Buena Park, Calif. They went to be with Shir land Sheryl Clay-so- n Herget who have a new baby girl born March 24 in a California hospital. The couple have one other child a little girl Leslie. The American Legion held a dinner at with Commander Mark Johnson in charge. The musical program consisted of Western Music by Earnest Farnsworth, vocal solos, Susan Greenhalgh: and accordian selection by Twain Peterson. Mark Johnson gave a history of the American Legion and told of the benefits available to veterans today. Curts Cafe Friday night Ladies Literary Club met at the home of Mrs. Jennie Bylund Wednesday night. Mrs. Vivian Roper assisted with hostess duties. Carter, from Salt Lake and Mrs. J. Everett Nelson. Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Nelson attended Stake Conference with Mr. and Mrs. Fisher Sunday morning at the stake center at Payson. They spent the Mr. and Mrs. Frank Griffith and Mr. and 4-- H TISCHNER FORD Mr. and Mrs. Del Jay (Jean) Christensen from American Fork visited at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Miller, and family on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Christopherson were hosts to the Sunday night study club which met after Sacrament meeting. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Mike Cowan, Mr. and Mrs. Elvon Butler, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Menlove, Mr. and Mrs. Junior Lundell and Mrs. Grant Lyman. There were 5 parents and 6 other visitors. clubs. We had Some were from other 12 members and 3 leaders present. They raked and cleaned up the yard for her and hauled away the garbage.
