Show The Payson Chronicle, Payson, Utah THURSDAY, AUGUST Mr. and Mrs. Grover Montague of Payson, have enjoyed the company of almost all of their family in the past few days. Among activities the group of about 35 enjoyed was fishing at Strawberry Reservoir, boating and water skiing at Hyrum Lake near Ogden. The family reunion was climaxed with an all day picnic in Payson Canyon. Hill, plans Sept, wedding to Lynn H. Woffinden known Miss Linda Wilson became the bride of William M. Renzello Wednesday in marriage rites performed at the Manti LDS Temple. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Wilson, Spring Lake, and the groom is a son of Mrs. Beryl Dona hue, Spring Lake, and William Following the ceremony, the brides parents were hosts to a wedding supper for close rela-tiv- es at Provo. The young couple will make their home at 540 North Main, Payson. Santaquin News having served as president of the Relief Society and Primary Association and as secretary and as a teacher in all of the auxiliary organizations, and is a charter member of the DUP. She lives alone at her home and her hobby is quilting. Her three children are Carlyle Wall, Santaquin; Mrs. Cliff (Zetha) Taylor, Taylorsville; and Mrs. Bus (Mary Dear) Ericson, Spanish Fork. They sang Someones in the Kitchen With Dinah. Both Pledges were presented by Rose M'.rie Bowen. After work period Ida Francom said the H 4-- closing prayer. The Eight HappyStitches went to H camp Wed. the 13th and Thurs. the 14th. They left early Wed. morning for overnight camp. The group enjoyed outdoor cooking and sleeping under the stars. The skit this group prepared was judged one of the pest H messages. Everyone received a green ribbon. Those attending were Irene Bowen, Denise DeGraw, Betty AnnHas-kel- l, Sandra Smith, Ida Francom and Doris Kenison. The group regretted the absense of Paula Wick, who, after an operation couldnt attend. ' ELMER REUNION The first reunion of the descendants of Henry and Sarah Beckstead Elmer was held Saturday at Memorial Park in Payson with 127 descendants and partners attending. Still living are four of the children of the above. They are Mrs. Lillian Hancock, Mrs. Etta Jeppson, Payson; Sidney Elmer, Birdseye; Vernon Elmer, Oregon. All have reached their 80th birthday. Only Mrs, Hancock and Sidney Elmer were in attendance, since both Mrs. Jeppson and Vernon Elmer are ill A picnic lunch and program were enjoyed, with arrange- ments being made by Mrs. Anna Reynolds, Mrs. Vera Lang, Elmer Jones and Mrs. Thelma DeGraw. The committee for next year will include Mrs. Lucina Hunts and Mrs. Lenore Huff with two more members to be added. Col. LaVoi Davis flew from Viet Name to attend the funeral of his uncle, Glen E. Mr. Woffinden is a graduate of Spanish Fork HighSchooland LDS Seminary and has also attended Utah Trade Tech, and Snow College. He filled a mission in the Western Central States.
