Dudley, 26 N. 6th E, Spanish Fork, have filed a damage suit in Fourth District Court against Alvin Gay and Bryant L. Gay. The suit charges that Mrs. Dudley was injured in an automobile accident on November 25 1964, at Third South and Main Stt in Payson involving cars driven by Alvin Gay and Mrs. Dudley. The suit asks $40,000 in damages for Mrs. Dudley, $2,500 in damages for the loss of the services of his wife for M r. Dudley and all medical and hospital Chavis, 86, mother of Veda Loveless, died in Salt Lake City Monday. She was born July 21, 1879 at North Creek, Beaver County, to Charles E. and Sally D.
