Dean Lee and Evelyn Christensen of Salem, expressing appreciation for the opportunity of attending the meeting on March 12th wherein population trends were discussed, calling the attention of the Board to some needed improvements and additions at Salem. Broadbent was in charge of the meeting. Roll called showing all members present, also the Superintendent and Clerk. Also present were G. Grant Gardner, Clarence J. Wendel, Della W. McClellan and A. J. Bowen of the Supervisory Staff. Prayer was offered by B. L. Isaac. Clerks tentative notes of the regular meeting held April 1st, copies of which were furnished the Superintendent and mailed to all members on April 2nd were approved as the official minutes of the above meeting on motion by Leo A.
