Pioneer are special guests at the annual event and a nunher from Payson are in that group Payson entered a float in the parade on Wednesday and is scheduled to give a program Friday, o Three Youth Arrested For Speeding In an effort to eliminate highway danger and protect human life, the law enforcement officers of Payson have made a number of arrests during the past week and imposed a number of heavy fines for speeding. Thiee drivers, all young men from as many communities were arrested on South Main street and fined a total of $105. One of the drivers had his drivers permit suspended for 90 days. Drivers of cars are warned against speeding and urged to drive with caution. Airs.
