writer EPHRAIM— Health Axis Imaging Services w hich has been a key private employer in Sanpete County will shut down production at its Ephraim Canyon location Thursday and move operations to its corporate headquarters in Dallas The decision to transfer was made in November says Tim O' Keefe a manager at the Ephraim and the office has been transitioning for about a month The company which scans and processes health insurance claims has been in Ephraim for several years and at one time employed as many as 70 people says O'Keefe The company now has only six employees “It has been
