Dairy Commission the Dairyman's Association combine their nominees of Utah Dairymen and vote on one outstanding Dairyman who continually serves as an example and inspiration to other dairy farmers of Utah and who has given vearsof involvement to the industry Dyreng was voted number one amongst so many who were nominated and was then given the award in front of his peers from the entire industry at the annual convention Paul P Dyreng was bom in Manti in 1928 graduated from Manti High School and attended BYU and Utah He fulfilled a mission State University for The Church of Jesus Christ of Saints and upon returning home he married Delma Tuttle and lived in Manti In 1954 he moved to Gunnison to take over a farm his father had le went into the dairy business in 1959 starting by building a new decided to milk three times a day instead of the usual two He has five children four boys and one daughter All of them hree of fulfilled missions also and they all attended college them Allen Richard put the hay and corn as well as new corrals Paul loves farming and has served on several boards such as a board member for the Federal Land Bank for four years He was appointed Charter Member of the Utah Dairy Commission and Utah Dili A Board for two years He has been a manag- ing partner of the Gunnison Valley Dairy Partnership since its inception in 1971 Paul served on the Dairy Board (which
