Fillmore by Deputy Clint Bowles The above 3 subjects allegedly stole 2 separate vehicles in the Fillmore area All 3 were transported to jail and each one charged into Millard County Juvenile Court with 2 counts of 2rd Degree Felony auto theft All 3 were then transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Provo Friday Jun 14th 4 33 a m Lonnie Marcel Bowen 25 Delta was arrested in Delta by Deputy Brett Nielson Bowen allegedly was very intoxicated and was in the street causing a disturbance Bowen was transported to jail and charged into Delta City Justice Court with Class C Misd public intoxication Adult Probation and Parole Agent Martin Abrams placed a 72 hour hold on Bowen and the State ol I jh Board of Pardon and Parole issued a wan ant for Bowen that will take him back to pr'son Kimball and Nathan Tingey A concerned cilien cjrne to the Millard County ShcnfT s Office and turned in a sweatshirt that contained a Urge amount marijuana in a bag Deputies then replaced the marijuana with another substance and placed the sweatshirt A short time later Griffith and Gervers picked up the back where it was found swealshirt When Deputies tried lo stop them they sped off and allegedly threw the bag which no longer contained the marijuana out the window After the vehicle finally stopped Griffith exited the vehicle at the officers request When told that he was under anest for the possession of marijuana Griffith allegedly fought with officer and fled on foot After a short foot pursuit Griffiths was caueht hv Sgt Corry and handcuffed Deputies then located a large amount on mcihamphctamine that aftegedly belonged lo Griffith along with drug paraphernalia Griffith w as transported to jail and charged into 4th District Court with 1st Degree Felony possession of
