Green River WY and James B Carroll 25 Vicksburg MS were arrested in Fillmore by Trooper Mike Thomas Johnson was driving a 2001 Dodge when he was stopped after Thomas observed him weaving then drive off the shoulder of the road Thomas could smell the odor of marijuana coming from Johnson and determined he was under the influence of marijuana Thomas also located marijuana drug paraphernalia and open containers of alcohol in the vehicle Johnson was transported to jail and chaiged into Fillmore City Justice Court with Class B Misd DUI drugs Class B Misd possession of marijuana Class B Misd possession of drug paraphernalia Class C Misd open container and Class C Misd unsafe lane travel Carroll a passenger in the car was transported to jail and charged into Fillmore City Justice Court with Class B Misd possession of marijuana Class B Misd possession of drug paraphernalia and Class C Misd open container Both Johnson and Carroll appeared Before Judge Hare where they pled guilty to all the above charges Johnson was given a S750 fine and a 6 month jail sentence which was stayed Carroll w as given a $555 fine and a 6 month jail sentence which was stayed Both Carroll and Johnson were then released Tuesday March 19th 7:14 a m Stephen Patrick Pacheco 38 Phoenix AZ and Brandelyn May Valencia 20 Phoenix were arrested at mp 161 by Trooper Gordon Mortensen Pacheco was driving a 1995 Chevy Monte Carlo when he was stopped for a window lint violation A license check showed that Pacheco had a revoked drivers license Pacheco was transported to jail and charged into East Millard Justice Court w ith Class B Misd revoked drivers license and Class C Misd tinted windows Mortensen located drug paraphernalia on Valencia a passenger in the vehicle Velencia was transported to jail and charged into East Millard Justice Court w ith Class B Misd possession of drug paraphernalia Pacheco appeared before Judge Hare where he pled no contest to the above charges Pacheco was given a S750 fine and 30 day jail sentence which was stayed Pacheco was then released Velencia appeared before Judge Hare w here she pled guilty Velencia was given a $370 fine and a 30 day jail sentence which was stayed 12:30 pm Scott William Swasey 26 American Fork UT and Spencer Joseph Tolbert 21 Delta were arrested at 750 N on by Sgt Jeff Whatcott and Deputy M ike Tumcr Swasey w as driving a 998 Saturn SI 2 w hen he w as stopped for speeding 85 miles per hour in a 65 zone Whatcott determined that Swasey was under the influence of drugs Swasey was transported to jail and charged into West Millard Justice Court with Class B MISd DUI drugs and Class C Misd speeding Turner could sec that Tolbert who was a passenger in the car had a open container of alcohol between his legs Turner also located Marijuana on Tolbert Tolbert was transported to jail and charged into West 4th District Court with Class A Misd possession of marijuana and Class C Misd open container Swasey appeared before Judge Hare where he was ordered leased without posting bail pending a future court appearance Tolbert was ordered released without posting bail by Judge Hare pending a future court appearance 2:19 pm Danny A Holt 44 Riverton UT was arrested at mp 100 on my Trooper Rick Nielson Holt was driving a 1994 GMC truck when he was stopped for speeding 80 miles per hour in a 65 zone A license check showed that Holt had a suspended drivers license Holt was transported to jail and charged into West Millard Justice Court with Class C Misd suspended drivers license and Class C Misd speeding Holt posted the $375 bail and was released pending a future court appearance 10:1 pm Donald Drowns Jr 23 Lockport II and Rodulfo Augustin Ramirez 28 Glendale Heights IL were arrested at mp 163 by Trooper Jeff Rowell Drowns was driving a 998 Chevy Suburban hen he was stopped for speeding Rowell could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and determined that Drowns was under the influence of marijuana Rowell then located marijuana in several locations in the vehicle Drowns was transported to jail and charged into Fillmore City Justice Court with Class B Misd DUI drugs and Class B Misd possession of marijuana Ramirez a passenger in the vehicle was transported to jail and charged into Fillmore City Justice Court with Class B Misd possession of marijuana Drowns posted the $1305 bail and was released pending a future court appearance Ramirez posted the $555 bail and was released pending a future court appearance 11:20 pm Aflon Dale Callahan 39 Adam Lee Evans 20 and Mick Lou Evans 26 were arrested in Fillmore by Sgt Jeff Whatcott and members of the Central Utah Narcotics Task Force Callahan allegedly sold methamphctaminc in the Fillmore area At the time of Callahan’s arrest Officers cated what was suspected methamphctaminc and drug paraphernalia Both Adam and Mick were with Callahan at the time of the arrest Officers determined that Callahan and Adam were under the influence of methamphetamine Officers also determined that Mick was under the influence of methamphetamine and marijuana Callahan was transported to jail and charged into 4th District Court with 1st Degree Felony possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine 1st Degree Felony possession of 2nd Degree Felony possession of methamphetamine and Class B misd possession of drug paraphernalia Adult probation and Parole Agent Ron Wilson placed a 72 hour hold on Callahan for violating terms of his probation The Utah State Board of Pardons and Parole then issued a warrant for Callahan for violating A male Juvenile was amesled at mp 92 by Deputy Dale Josse The juvenile was driving a 996 Ford Van that matched the description of a gas skip vehicle Deputy Josse attempted to stop the vehicle w hich a license showed that it was stolen at mp 144 The van was spiked at mp 109 and check plate continued without tires until mp 92 The juvenile w as transported to jail and charged into Millard County Juvenile Court with 2nd Degree Felony possession of a stolen vehicle 3rd Degree Felony evading and Class B Misd theft Thejuvenile was then transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Provo 2:30 pm Cruz Martinez Zubiate 36 Moroni UT was booked into jail after being picked up at the Arizona Department of Corrections 4th District Court had issued a $5000 warrant for Zubiate after he failed to appear on a DUI charge When Zubiate is through with his case in 4th District Court he will be extradited back to the Arizona Department of Corrections Thursday March 2 st 3:00 a m Sherri Lynn Rager 38 Fillmore was ancsted in Fillmore by Deputy Bill Jackson Rager was allegedly intoxicated and causing a disturbance outside a local business Rager was transported to jail and charged into Fillmore City Justice Court with Class C Misd public intoxication Judge Haveron later ordered Rager released without posting bail w hen she no longer had alcohol in her system When Rager did not have any alcohol left in her system she was released pending a future court appearance Friday March 22nd 2:00 pm Jeremy Scott Davis 23 Kanosh was arrested in Kanosh by Adult Probation and Parole agent Ron Wilson
