Council who were not present were praised by Council Members Bartholomew and Quamberg for the great amount of service they give Honor was given to Cody to the City Ottley who has been Mayor of the Youth City Council for over two years and is still serving this year until another Mayor is named Youth Mayor Ottley will soon graduate and a new choice for Mayor has been made but the change has not taken place so he still serves When asked what some of die major things the Youth Council does through the year are Ottley listed a number of popular activities the young citizens enjoy He said their
