was released 129 am Lance Ernest Lambros 30 of West Jordan UT was booked into jail on a probation violation As a former Delta City resident Lambros was convicted on a number of drug related charges revealed a “bindle" of suspected methamphetamine in his pocket A logbook violation was also found Elliot was transdegree felony ported to jail where he was charged into 4 District Court with B book 4 District 745 am A Juvenile Court by Reserve Deputy Garth White The juvenile was walking to school when he was seen taking items from the yard of a residence that was on his way to school Not a smart p m Carlos Anthony Herrera 39 Clearfield L'T was arrested at the Millard with another County Jail by Deputy Jeff Gehre Herrera had come to the jail to visit inmate when a routine record check uncovered a $500 warrant for assault from the Ogden District Court Ogden confirmed that they would pick him up if he was unable to post the bail This inspired him to post the $500 cash and he was released 1040 pm Jason Edward Stanworth 23 Delta UT was arrested at the Delta Manor had Apartments at 185 South 100 East in Delta Deputies Brett Nielson and Clete Carter to report a fight Upon contact w ith responded to that location after someone called 9 Stanworth the deputies said he appeared to be intoxicated and was causing a disturbance arrest under him when the deputies placed outside the apartments Stanworth resisted but was finally taken into custody During transport to jail he again became combative and Deputies PJiett Kimball and Rick Carter assisted in rt straining him for transport the rest of the way Stanworth was charged into 4 District Court with degree felony assault by a prisoner Class B misd Disorderly conduct resisting arrest and Class C misd Intoxication youths camped in Fillmore Canyon Two of the three subjects ran from the camp and one was caught with marijuana Hobbs and West were both charged into EMJC with Class B misd underage consumption of alcohol and Class C misd failure to stop at the command of a peace officer Ruv alcaba was charged with Class B misd possession when the deputies recovered marijuana from him at the scene He had another baggie of marijuana concealed on his person and it was recovered by the jail staff during booking He was charged with an additional 3 degree in 4 felony charge of possession of marijuana in a
