Jack William Fow les age 74 died April 10 2000 in Delta Utah He was bom December 19 1925 in Salt Lake City Utah to Irvin William and Bessie Lenora Tolley Fowles He married Anna Zoe Porter November 17 1951 in the Manti LDS Temple Jack was educated in Salt Lake City where he graduated from South High School West Minster College and ceived his MA from Brigham Y oung University Jack proudly served his country for three years during World War II He spent his adult life in Delta Jack worked as a teacher counselor high school principal and Director of the Delta Technical Center for the Millard School District He was tenacious in his efforts to improve education He loved Delta High School His community is a better place because of him He served as the Lions Club President Millard County Credit Union Vice President President of Oasis Seed Coop on the hospital board and various other boards He received the Delta Area Chamber of Commerce AreaGiant Award in 1987 As a devoted member of the Church of Saints Jack Jesus Christ of served as Elders and High Priest Leader Bishop’s Counselor On the High Coun- -
