Drug Paraphernalia Here’s “drug paraphernalia defined” from the Utah Criminal Code " ” means any equipment product or material used or intended for Drug paraphernalia cultivate grow harvest manufacture compound convert use to plant propagate produce process prepare test analyze package repackage store contain conceal inject ingest inhale or to otherwise introduce a controlled substance into the human body in violation of Title 58 Chapter 3 and includes but is not limited to It then has a attempt to name all the kinds of drug paraphernalia After that there is a long description of “Considerations in determining whether object is drug paraphernalia" Does that clear it up for you? Maybe this will The most popular items of drug paraphernalia we find are: rolling papers smashed beer or pop cans (with holes poked in them) toilet paper rolls apples or carrots (hollowed out) bongs (porcelain or plastic containers usually w ith hoses and filled w ith water) and pipes Why the carrots and apples you say?
