Dec 22 by the Grace Baptist Church 1992 BUDGET INCREASE The total Millard County Budget is projected to increase $4535792 in 1992 from 1991 The total 1991 budget was $10599212 The total budget for 1992 is $151 35004 The majority of the increase is attributable to three major areas within the overall budget These three areas are capital improvements special projects and the addition of the East and West Millard Recreation Districts into the general fund The capital improvements fund has a projected increase of $2661 090 This fund will be used build a new court facility at the public safety to: complex complete an addition onto the county courthouse and provide for capital expenditures into the area previously known as the West Millard Recreation District The increase in special projects is basically a result of the planned “horizontal revenue sharing" Millard from County to the incorporated cities and towns within the county This projected amount is $500000 This issue was the item voted on in the 1 991 general election and which over one half of the voters favored The addition of the East and West Millard Recreation Districts into the general fund accounts for of the remaining increase This amount is most $1047863 This accounts for $4208953 of the total $4535792 increase The remaining portion of the increase $326839 is attributed to inflation and normal increases within the
