enjoyed by Della Fine Arts Club members and guests tour of Russia in Zola Beckstrand Fillmore who went on January 1991 presented the November program She brought many interesting souvenirs some of which are no longer available as Russian monetary system emblems etc have changed so much since pcnstroika The slides she presented were extraordinarily beautiful in that they depicted the beautiful architecture in palaces cathedrals etc in Russia Norma Adams and Maurinc Campbell were in charge of the program The Fine Arts Club also sponsored a community seminar on long term care for invalids and particularly care for older folks who can no longer maintain the rigors of their own household upkeep Margaret Baker head nurse at the Sands Apts answered questions of club members and conference attendees Literature on helps that may be given to maintain the elderly m their own homes was distributed Steps that must be taken to ensure a pleasant transition from home to long term care when this is advisable were outlined Marilyn Church club president arranged this special community seminar to which several other groups were welcomed Monday December 2 the Fine Arts Club members and guests enjoyed their annual Christmas Party held at the M E Bird Center Lyric Lore Club Lync Lore Club was represented at the Fall Conference of the General Federation of Women's Clubs of Utah by Hamel H
