It tells what each department's responsibilities and their functions For example: The Food and The US Mint Drug Administration Department of State The Central Inof telligence Agency Department Agriculture The Department of Interior The Supreme Court and The Department of Education to just name a few There are 22 books in this Know Your Government scries They are full of interesting fact that a lot of us probably don’t know'’The mail brought us a surprise today The McDonald's and corporation Ronald McDonald Children's Charities sent us a video This video is Cartoon to the Rescue drugs don't stand a chance against these guys! The National PTA encourages parents and teacher and other adults to share this important video with kids And it can be found at the Delta City Library We would like to thank Michele Burr for donating a Pinocchio video to the library We appreciate all the interesting and unusual things that are donated to the library Don't forget to stop by the library and gaze over Mrs Lilac Holman's button collection It will only be on display for about another two weeks She has a collection of shoe buttons and the instrument that did them up We are acquiring quite a number of lost and found items If you have anything missing of any value check with the library We have a pair of white slip on tennis shoes that were left over from story hour this weekl Come in and check us out!
