school bus safety rules Last year in Utah there were 46 pedestrian deaths A total of 12 persons were under 15 years of age Children should be taught how to be safe and responsible pedestrians Choose play areas for youngsters safely away from traffic and teach them to children Preschool streets the off stay should be taught only to cross the street with an older person who knows how to cross Older
