Now it all seems official It has taken many years and a great deal of work to be in the new facility Both the City Offices and the Library are a credit to the industry of the people of the area Wednesday The Dedication January 7 1987 was a very impressive Our affair guests were filled with amazement that a town of our size could come up with such a lovely building and have it paid for There are of course a list of things we would still like to have to increase our services and make it more convenient but we are working on to patrons those Live on Radio A San Francisco radio station called the County Clerk’s office on January 7 because it was former President Millard Fillmore’s birthday and got an ear full Sharon Dalton of the clerk’s office referred them to us at the library and Mrs Hunter had a five minute live interview about the new library its name and President Millard Fillmore We are hoping some former in the San Francisco area f happened to hear it Wouldn’t that be fun! Ignored again W'e want you to know that we contacted our Utah TV stations and newspapers about our observance of President Fillmore’s birthday and what this particular one meant to us but as usual we were ignored again We seem not to be a part of the state unless it’s terrible news or they want us to raise money for their causes Oh well we like it here and they would too if they would break down and visit us New shelves up am our On January 6 at about new group of shelves were delivered They were promised to us by Dec 15 but such is life Anyway with the help of a bunch of senior citizens Ray Rowley Freeman Rowley Ed Bueky Snyder Nord Brockband Harold Hatton "superintended” by Dean Peterson These men got the new section for the high school age and the new section for children and youth for finished in one afternoon The library is very Gwen Hunter) (especially grateful for their help Dea Peterson and family came Thursday night and finished the shelves for the paperbacks and magazines We wanted these new sections up the Dedication before especially because we had promised the Millard High School Alumni Class of ’51 to their have nameplates on the front shelves and this was the group we needed Nameplates had also been promised to the children’s section With the help of Lisa and Tim Carling of The Printing Parlour and Shari Ashworth Tatta Watson and Sharon and Roy we were able to get the Olpin nameplates on “The Shelves That Love Be t Western l‘R5)EM of taT’W fe Medicare patients who are confined to their homes may receive home health care under the hospital insurance or medical insurance parts of the program a Social Security manager said recently The care must be provided by a participating home health agency and the cost of the home health visits must be approved The number of visits a person may have is limited to those determined to be medically necessary Covered home health care services include skilled nursing care and physical and speech therapy If the patient needs one or more of these services Medicare will also cover the services of home health aides occupational therapy and medical supplies and equipment More information about home health care under Medicare can be obtained at any Social Security office The address and telephone number of the nearest Social Security office can be found in the telephone directory Start the New Year with Us!
