Show Millard Fillmore pleads for water conservation By Roy Tomklnson Secretary FLUmore Water Users Assoc It has come to our attention and comment through observation from many shareholders that there is a growing trend to water clear out to the blacktop in the city streets This practice is in violation of a contract between Fillmore Water Users Association and Utah Division of Water Resources which stipulates that no ground may be brought under irrigation that was not covered under the ditch system This practice along with running open lines and hoses is also robbing us of valuable water pressure The sprinkling system is already being used beyond its capacity and this increases the problem therefore It is necessary that the Board of Trustees issue the following order: all hoses Effectively immediately and lines must be restricted and there must not be any irrigation water from our system used to irrigate the cty streets beyond the curb Violation of this order shall be sufficient cause to have service disconnected Please have we your may if we cooperation?
