Anyway, I was up in Salt Lake and I heard that in the prison, one of the inmates had a heart attack while he was in the chair. So all the other inmates dubbed it the devils chair. And we thought that would be a cool name for a song. Jaz: Wow! That, so that song definitely is not a personal experience. In a way, theres personal parts to all the songs. But its is here! Mid-Ter- m more about what it means to other people when they listen to the song, said Andy. Everybody kind of takes it their own way. Its kind of cool to ask someone what they think about it. You get something different from everybody. But there are little parts of every song that are personal. Jaz: What are your most memorable gigs to date. Toqfest 99 Toquerville Festival. Breton couldnt quite decide between labeling them Retro Mod or Gothic Rap, but finally settled or the old stand by alternative rock. Were in a class of our own breathtaking, said Robbie. Jaz: Lets get their opinion, turning to the entourage. Tell me your honest reaction to Under Currents music. I think its pretty good actually. I dont like bands arour I actually like these guys. Theyre not afraid to go but here, When I first moved in two months ago, I didnt care for as much as I do now. But now I really like really grow Ri tc Bj Sp ii it-- it on you. I know you have an opinion. Jaz: I have an opinion. Dude, these guys eek, says Jason Hansen, Bretons brother. No, I really like their music. There are a couple of songs that early on drove me nuts, because they just drug on and on. Theyve refined it a lot more since then, and 1 really, really like them all. Play Activities Include: Take part in a Fitness Assessment (by appointement only). 2. Read a Fitness Related Article and write a brief review (must be one page Typed). 3. Pick up one take home quiz and answer all of the questions correctly. 4. Write a 1 page Essay on any Fitness or Exercise Topic (the topic must be approved by the Dirctor prior to beginning). Must be at least one page 1. typed with at least two sources. 5. Participate in an extracurricular activity (i.e. intramural sport, city sponsored tournament or league, road race, etc.). All activities should be cleared by the Director. 6. Complete a Diet Analysis in the Library Computer Lab or at the Fitness center Lab recording what you have eaten for three days and entering in the program. Hand in a copy of the results. 7. Complete a Computerized Health risk and Appraisal, goals for improvement. 8. Take part in a Diet Evaluation. 9. Get set-u- p on an exercise program. on, Remember: THE PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS (15 HOURS) IS ONLY A BONUS. Under Current cannot be dubbed a studio band either Their CD is good, but their live show is an adrenaline pumping ride that must be experienced. Check them out this Thursday at Funky Town a must see!!! Putting aside the politics that most times dictates the music scene, Under Current stays true to its goal and its fans. Were just out to play.
