Berger is the daughter of Rick and Shelia Berger of St George Chosen from among the 680 graduate's, Berger has maintained a perfect 4 0 GPA in her two years at Dixie and has also boon invoiced with the f rench Club She also sere ed as Relief Society president of her DS L Utah University Foreign Language for three consecutive years and performed in several school productions. Among her accomplishments in the drama department are superior ratings and best actress awards at both the regional and state competitions. Dixie's aero tech program recently received FAA approval following nearly a year and a half of preparation "The college has actually been teaching the courses for three years but offered it as a general interest or sideline to other certification," Dan Smith, director of aero technology said "With the approval, we can now send students out into the work force with FA 4 certification." Dixie's dispatching approval could not have been orchestrated with better timing. The FAA has upgraded its industry standards requiring all airlines to operate with certificated dispatchers and to increase staffing levels.
