Show The Dixie Sun Page 8 Hidden treasures at Dixie College In the basement of the North Administration building at Dixie College is a hidden treasure. Donna Beasley, Dixie's employee of the year, is tucked away in the comer of campus, but her services do not go unnoticed. Beasley has been with Dixie College for nineteen yeais and has also worked under five presidents. She is responsible for processing student registration billings, tuition programs and computer report writing where she customized generates reports for the accounting office and originally served as cashier for nine years. "Her job description is actually difficult to define because she Color Coantryi " r - fills so many functions for so many different divisions within the college," said Mark Peterson, Staff Association President and Director of Public Relations. "Donna is extremely valuable to the upkeep and organization of the statistical data available at the college." Beasley's performance becomes more impressive in light of the fact that she has trained herself in the computer programs for customizing reports. "Donna is a person who is highly capable in the demands of her position and very skilled in using the computer," said Roland Woolley. Personally, Beasley has been Health Express St. George, Employee of the Year the Good with involved Shepherd Presbyterian Mission Church and has watched it grow from a small dependent congregation to a much larger, organization of over 250 members. She keeps busy teaching and taxiing kids to Bible School during the summer and has also served on the Church Board and as a clerk for four years. a learned "I've lesson," explained Beasley.
