Saturday night featured one of the most heated rivalries in junior college athletics when the Ricks College Vikings came into town. After letting Ricks steal one from Dixie in Rexburg earlier this season, the Rebs had some redemption in store. The only problem was that nobody let Ricks know that there was a game to be played. Dixie College cruised away with an easy 5 victory capitalizing on Ricks poor shooting performance. The Ricks College Vikings, with a 8 record in the Scenic West Athletic Conference, shot a miserable .091 from three point land hitting on only two of 22 attempts. Meanwhile the Rebs were high and flying. were Simpson and Clark putting on a performance in front of the Dixie Center crowd with high flying slam dunks and G1 the ing.
