Show Page 2 May 12, 1994 Technology department New editors gets major endowment D ixie Sun and St. George residents Lloyd and Annie Jennings and family have donated a gift of property to Dixie College for the the establishment of the Jennings Technology Center Endowment. The donation was made by Mansfield and Gilbert Jennings to President Bob Huddleston in February. Huddleston said,This endowment by the community service included 33 years on the St. George Rotary Club. In addition, he was a member of the Washington County School Board, served a term on the Utah State Board of Education, and participated on the State Advisory Board of Education. Faculty members from the technology department are very excited about this generous donation by Jennings family will a make lasting difference which will be in perpetuity over future years." Moesinger has been active with the Sun and the Confederate since Winter Quarter as a photographer. Moesinger said, We want to coverage of activities and student expand extra-cirricul- concerns. Prince is a graduate from Wasatch High School in Heber City, Utah. Throughout high school, Prince was involved in y track and choir, cross-countr- academics. Prince said she hopes to enlarge the Sun staff by getting more students involved with the school newspaper.
