When asked how she felt liked being involved with Student Activities and she said, "I really enjoy it. It's fun to be able to watch the students take on responsibility and follow it through to completion. It's also exciting to watch the students who go to the activities get involved and have fun." "I'd like to stick with Dixie College. As far as I can see the future, I really enjoy the position. I have no plans on leaving," Karen replied. When talking with Karen, she stressed how important it is for students to realize that they must have a balance between academics and activities. "If either one of them get out of balance, there are problems," she said.
