has closed up tho the road leading into white s valley up near blind springs changing the road onto ibe the ide hill in such a way that it will be impossible tor for the parties own ing frig land up in said bald valley to get thru and asked that the board take some action to prohibit mr harris in this matter said matter is referred back to the petitioners petition ers to get a petition and a plat of the road leading into said valley and submit it for the action ot of the boar boadt dr A L crown brown county physician appeared and stated that the room in the county jail usually occupied by charges of the county are brought in tor for treatment is in a nery ery unsanitary condition and asked the board 1 lu have the room fixed up referred to dr brown and sheriff 0 ton son to put in proper condition D P burt and dr drown brown appeared and stated slated that ehst mr air stephen dark clark was grieving over the loss of ills his wife to such an extent that he is sick and practically losing his mind and they were unable to get anybody to care tor for him and that he is now at the hospital and that the ward was unable to pay his expenses said matter deferred until the benshop and town will turn the pon poi tax which they have hare heretofore been collecting back to the county and the county will maintain the avala street running north and south thru garland and factory street running west J B Pitting ill toad supervisor of oc sunset precinct appeared and asked the board to grade county road beginning north ol of the city limits of garland 1 and running north a distance of about halt half a mile grai granted atty 13 C Q call appeared III in connic tion zith certain members of the town board of three mile and stated that the state road commission in impair las ing the road thru throe three mile were uncovering and inter ferring with the water system and pipes constructed along the county road referred to state road commissioners J E taylor state horticultural inspector appeared and asked the board to allow the county horticultural in specter to cooperate with his office in the matter mailer ot of collecting statistics on the orchards in fri this county granted carl isaacson Issi acson was re appointed county horticultural inspector for box elder county at the usual salary corar roche reported that he had been called out to howell for the rea mr Forin fonnesbeck esbeck objected to the road commissioner putting in certain culverts cu lverts upon the county road leading thru his farm arm and presented an agreement drawn up to the effect that ur mr fonnesbeck would accept for or the price of the material needed to fence hla his land along the road after due consideration said agreement is accepted the money to be paid when ur mr Forin esbeck executed a deed to the county lie he further reported that there was a dispute between sir mr rich and mr win anderson with respect to the line on the road previously sub milled to the board tor for acceptance the clerk is instructed to write writ 1117 anderson that the board will not ac capt the new road until the differences are settled and tor for him to close up the pros present cial road until such matter hall be adjusted lie he further reported that ho he had conferred with the utah idaho sugar company with reference to continuing the county road along their canal hank bank as it now exists in east garland and that it would be the best thing the board could do to accept this his road and dispose of the old road as it is not used and i IS simply growing up to weeds referred to cora investigation county assessor presented his report as to the tax sale of divid rees heretofore submitted to the board and reported that the sale was erroneous and that that mr rees was entitled to
