STORM WASHES OUT TRACK A seventy mile gale tuesday morning washed out about four miles of 0 track on the lucia cutoff cut off oil near promontory point and tied up traffic from early morning until about seven 0 clock in the evening by which time a force of men had made the repairs at first it looked as though the trains held in the yards at ogden and at lu eln on the other side of the lake would have to be detoured detour cd around the old way but the officials found out that it would take longer to make the trip than it would to hold the trains until the repairs were completed
