Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 29, 1916. Notice is hereby given that H. P. Rasmussen, Jr., whose post-office address ad-dress is Ferron, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate two and twenty-eight-hundredths (2.28) cubic-feet of water per second from Dry Wash, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted at a point which bears north 82 degrees 30 minutes west 1268 feet from the southwest corner of Township Town-ship 21 South, Range 8 East, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch for a distance of 5850 feet and there used from April . 1 to October 30, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced em-braced in the southeast quarter of Section 31, and the southwest quarter of Section 32, township and range a-foresaid. a-foresaid. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6802. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
