Show 48 DRAFTERS PASS THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION Scouring 48 men, or about 60 per . cent of those examined, for general military service, the local examining , board is hitting a much better stride for the second draft than was the case j with the first draft when only forty per cent of the single men called up for examination were found to measure meas-ure up to the requirements. And to j the 48 must tie added 9 more men who have been passed for limited service, and S more who may come under the latter classification upon re-examination by the district advisory board at Price. Only 20 of the 80 Class 1 men who were examined failed to pass muster, and two or three of these are men who were passed by the former physician-member of the board, while one or two of those now accepted were turned down at their former examination. examina-tion. The physical examinations were given giv-en the first four days of the week, Dr. Hill of Huntington doing the work and giving a much more thorough and careful examination than was the case of the former physician. District Board Revises Classifications. The following men have been reclassified re-classified by the district board, the returns re-turns being received only yesterday: Leon P.
