Show NOTICE TO WATEIIUSERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 3, 1918. Notice is hereby given that J. W. Warf, whose post-office address is Victor, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ten (10) second-feet of water from the South Fork of Washboard Wash. Said water wil be diverted at a point S. 62 W. 1960 ft. from the northeast corner Qf Section 19, Township 16 south, Range 11 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of x canal for a distance of 13,200 ft. and there used from January 1 to December Decem-ber 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate ir-rigate 400 acres of land embraced In SWWSWW Sec. 16; W and NE W of SWW and W and SEW of SEW, Sec. 17; SEWSEW Sec. 18; NEWNEW Sec. 19;N and SBy( of NEW Sec. 20; NWH of Sec. 21, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7615. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ?2.50, and filed In this office within thirty (30) dayB after the completion of the publication of this notice.
