Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 9, 1917. , Notice is hereby given that Alma Marsing, whose post office address is Woodside, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of. the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate approp-riate one-hundredth (.01) of a cubic-' 'foot of water per second from Cottonwood Cotton-wood Spring, Emery County, Utah. Said spring issues at a point 950 feet north and 370 feet east of the southwest south-west corner of Section 6, Township 18 south, Range 12 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be used at the spring from January 1 to December De-cember 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. This application appli-cation is designated in the State En-' En-' gineer's office as No. 7036. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be. made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
