Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Enuineer's Office, Salt Lake City, L.a.i, February 9, 1917. Notiet s hereby given that Alma Marsing, v. hose post office address is Woodside, Lain, has rr.ade application in accordance- with' the requirements of the Coi..pik-d Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended 1 y the Stssion Laws of Utah, 1 909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate approp-riate one-hundredth (.01) of a cubic-foot cubic-foot of water per second from Gypsum S-pring, Emery County, Utah. Said spring issues at a point 525 feet south and 170 feet east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 18 south, Range 12 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be used at the spring from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, for stock watering water-ing purposes. This application is designated des-ignated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7037. All protests against the granting of Sf.id application, stating the reasons 'therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
