Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah. Apr. 7, 1915. Notice is hereby given that Alexander H. Poulson. ct al, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Pleas-ant, Utah, made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by the SessionLaws of Utah, 1909 and 1911. to appropriate twelve (12) cubic-feet of water per second flowing from Bacon Rind and Boulger's Canyon creeks. Emery County. Utah. Said water was to have been conveyed by means of ditches and cuts to Twin Creek, and allowed to flow dewn the natural channel, from where part of the water was to have been diverted at a point which lies 150 feet south and 100 feet east of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 15 south, Rang 5 east, the remainder to have been diverted at a point which lies 435 feet north of the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 15 south. Range 4 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from which pointB the water was to have been conveyed by meansof two ditches 7,920 and 920 feet, respectively, in length and there used from June 1 to August 1. inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 820 acres of land embraced in Sections Sec-tions 11 to 14. inclusive, and 24. Township 15 south, Kar(T 4 east, and Sections 19 and W, Township 15 smth. U-mge 5 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. The M tuntain Tunnel Irrigation Company, assignee as-signee of Alexander H. Poulson et al, by its president. presi-dent. John K. Madsen, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Utah, now makes application in accordance with the requirements of Section 12Sx 24. Chapter 62, Session Laws of Utah, 1909. to divert di-vert the said water at a point which lies 2.047.57 feet ear and 191.35 feet south of the northwest corner of Section 3'i, Township 15 south. Range 5 east, and convey it by means of a ditch for a distance dis-tance of 8. t53 fer t. there to be used during the period and for the purpose originally intended. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Engi-neer's office as x,o. a244. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.5d and riled in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
