Show NOTICE TO AVATF.IU SKRS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Nov. 28, 1917. Notice is hereby given that o. J. Johnson, whose postoffice adress Is Salt Lake City, Utah, made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. a amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 190 9,191 l.and 1915, to appropriate thirty thir-ty (30) second feet of water from Cottonwood Cot-tonwood Creek in Emery County. Said water will be diverted at a point north 3230' west 6000 ft. from the northwest north-west corner of Section 19. Township 17 South. Range 5 East. Salt Lak Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a tunnel and a canal for a distance of 11,000 ft. and discharged into Ephraim or Cottonwood Creek, from where it will be rediverted at a point north 7S west 6317 ft. from the east quarter corner of Section 13, Township 17 South, Range 3 East, and conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of 10,000 ft. and used from April 15 to November 15 of each year as a supplemental supply to irrigat '89 60 acres of land embraced in Sec-: Sec-: tions 15, 16. 21, 22, 27, 28. 33. and 34, T. , 16 S., R. 3 E., and Sections 3, 4. 5, S. 9, and 10, T. 17 S., R. 3 E. This ap-: ap-: plication is designated in the State Engineer's offfice as No. 7440. : All protests against the granting of : said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice. !
