She enjoys helping youth She's bcen a leader, i Cub Scout den mother, an American Red Cross life guard at the community pool, and a Little League storekeeper Shes been president of the Fillmore Parent - Teachers Assn , and has served on the Utah I ongress PTA Board three years Mrs Day has directed a committee for the countys fair parade, Millard Foundation and Miss the-- v Millard County contest Shes helped m a get-oote campaign and cancer drives She's been president of her club as well as holding other elective offices Committees shes served on include Community Improvement Program, Dimes for Pines, CARE, education, literature and drama She was Fillmores entry one year in the Outstanding Young Women of America contest Mrs. Malouf A proven leader is Mrs. Phelon J. Malouf She has served four organizations as president: the U. of U.
