Show - ""'"T"ni.-f.aijniaa-T.i,i RED CROSS VACANCIES FILLED , Mrs. Minnie L'ngerman was elected to the office of vice-chairman, Mrs. Louise Bunnel to the office of treasurer, treas-urer, and Mrs. Orson P. Madsen to the vacancy in the supply committee, at a meeting of the chapter members held in the Relief hall Tuesday night. The new officers were duly passed upon up-on for the positions at the weekly meeting of the executive committee held the night before. The vice-chairmanship of the chapter chap-ter has been vacant since the removal of Dr. Wilencheck from Castle Dale, but the treasurership is only just now made vacant by the resignation of O. Sorenson jr., who has held the office since the inception of the local chapter. chap-ter. New members are continuing to enroll en-roll their names since the selection of Mrs. Emmer Day as chairman of the chapter, and the work of the auxiliaries auxiliar-ies has also quickened in a very noticeable not-iceable manner. Another big Red Cross drive is hinted at for the near future and it is very evident that Em-ey Em-ey county will be able to make a big showing as the handicap under which the organization labored until recently is now overcome. |
