Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, 'Jan. 30, 1918. Notice is herby given that James II. Mays, whose postoffice adress is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate three ( 3 )second-feet )second-feet of water from Meetinghouse Creek in Emery County. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 577.5 ft. north and 82.5 ft. east from the southwest corner of Section 3. Township 17 South, Range 7 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 7920 ft. and used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year for sprinkling coal mines and boiler uses, and also for domestic purposes. This application applica-tion is designated in the State Engineer's Engin-eer's office as No. 7573. All prolesti againsi the granting of 8'.id application, slating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
