Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE. I j salt Lake city, Utah. Anril 20. 1911. I ; NOTICE is hereby given that L. H. Milton, whose post office address is Woodside. Utah, has made application in accordance with the require- i ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, '1907. as a-mended a-mended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate two thousandths (.002) of a cubicfoot per second of water from an unnamed spring in Emery county. Utah. Said spring issituated at a point which bears north 31 degrees. 28 minutes east 21,011 feet distantfrom the northeast corner of section 3, township 17 south, range 14 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be" diverted at the place where it issues from said spring and conveyed by means of a pipe-line for a distance of t feet, and there used during the period j from May 1 to October 31 , inclusive, of each year, . for stock watering purposes.
