Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineers Office, Salt Lake City. Utah- Oct. 28, 1914. , Notice is hereby given that W. H. Staker, ; whose post oliiice address is Lawrence. Utah, has inad application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by. the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911. to appropriate one (I) acre-foot of water from an unnamed dry wash in Emery County. Utah. The water will be stored from January 1 to December 31. inclusive, of eac'-. year, in a reservoir reser-voir formed by means of a masonry dam built across the wash, the center of the impounding im-pounding dam to be siiusited at a poiut which ! bears north 75 degrees G minutes east 12,161.5 feet from the nortl i r.st corner of Section 25. Township 19 south. Range 11 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. Th water will be used at the reservoir from January 1 to December 31. inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. pur-poses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 5700. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating ihe reisons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2 59 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
