The balance of said bonded indebtedness is 35 bonds in the dcmonination of $1,000. each, numbered from 1 to 35, both numbers Inclusive and dated February 1st, 1910. The said bonds bearing interest at the rate of 5 percent per annum. During the fiscal year 1909-1910 $4,000. of the issue of bonds dated July 31st, 1897 have been redeemed. Emery County owns Lot one, Block 12, Castledale Townsite, upon which stands Court house and jail, of the value of approximately $10,000.00.
