Martin Tribune Staff Writer Friday evening would be a good time to stay at home and catch up on television viewing. l'The"premieresr I continue in force, with the remain-der of the lineup pretty much as 1 1 It will , be throughout the rest of the winter months. Friday's premieres will,' include: Im Dick- Hes Fens-te- r Mr. Martin ens (Ch. 4, 8 p.m.); Don't Call Me Charlie (Ch. 2. 8:30 p.m.), and Biography (Ch. 4, 9:30 p.m.). RETURNING SHOWS that are beginning new seasons are: Close-U(Ch. 4, 6:30 p.m.!, and Sing Along With Mitch (Ch. 2, 7:30 p.m.). Of the new shows, Biography is one of the most interesting. I previewed the premiere episode dealing with Gen. Douglas MacArthur and found it to be an absorbing, documentary portrait of a great American; filming of the second show of the series while in Hollywood and found it to be slick, funny, but fairly routine for this type of program. HOWEVER, THE show is a creation of Leonard Sternwho has such successes as The Honeymooners, Sgt Bilko and The Steve Allen Show behind him, so Im making no predictions. ernacle Organ. (Ch. 5, 6 p.m.).
