Show OLD CLOSE STORE BUILDING CHANtitS UWNtKSHIP The old Globe store building, which has been kept pretty prominent in the public eye for the past few years, has eventually been sold, including all fixtures, fix-tures, and what means more to the peo- ' pie of Castledale and vicinity, the buyer Mr. M. A. Andersen, is a local man, and one who will make the very best use of the property. Mr. Andersen has twice outgrown his quarters and will now moye his stock of hardware, sporting goods, etc., into the Globe building, whicn will be vacated by Mr. Glassman tae end of the present month. The historic old corner on which the present building stand has had a very eventful history. More than the ordinary ordi-nary allotment of conflagrations have fallen to this particular building, but it has always shaken off the cinders and again raised itself in some form or another. an-other. It has changed ownership a number of times also. Several local people have been interested in thi3 location at various times, but M. Glassman and j others, the present owners, have had possession for the past eighteen months ! Mrs. Glassman and family wiil move ' to Salt Lake as soon as possible while I Mr. Glassman will devote his time.after the first of the year, to the collecting I of hides and pelts. In the meantime, a I genuine sale of everything is going on I at the store, as the stock must ba disposed dis-posed of by the lst.and it is cheaper to sell the same than to move it elsewhere |
