This word was brought back from Salt Lake City Tuesday morning by Otto Mehr. president of the Logan Parent-Teachcouncil. Mr. Mehr is also a vice president of the state organization. He and Mrs. Mehr attended the regular monthly meeting of the ftate group Monday afternoon. At present, Mr. Mehr said, not all city and county units of P. T. A. belong to the state or national organization, and are thus deprived of many uniform benefits. The following officers of the stale organization have been assigned a specific department of Parent-Teachwork to supervise.
